Completed in December, this stunning property in Beadnell, Northumberland was transformed from a dated looking property into a vibrant, clean and modern home.

To give the property a lease of life, we first protected all windows and doors as standard and begun the process of removing the existing and dated paintwork, only to reveal cracks and damage to the existing walls. These were quickly fixed with Helifix Crack Stitching.

Next we applied 2 coats of the Renopass basecoat and covered the property fully with reinforced mesh. This was also applied to corner/stop beads around windows and doors as well as above the DPC.

In the effort of maintaining the property’s wonderful character, we also applied a corner bead to the rendered detail band around the property, keeping the original look and feel as much as possible.

Following that, we then applied a textured VPI Acrylic Thincoat to the entire property, using R901 as a colour of choice.
